How we handle your files
Your cases stay private.
Labs and clinics trust us with patient records and their own designs. Here is how we look after both.
NDA before your first case
Our Head of Legal & Compliance can sign a confidentiality agreement with your clinic or lab before you share a single file.
Private file exchange
Regular partners upload through the Doctor Portal over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Large files can also come via your own WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox link.
Only what the case needs
We ask only for the records required for the work. A case ID or initials is enough; we do not need the patient’s full name.
Used only for your work
Your files are used only to deliver the planning or design you request. We never sell them or pass them to third parties.
Deletion on request
When a case is complete, ask us to delete its files and we confirm once it is done.
