How to send your case.
Your first case is free, so this is the best way to try us.
Get in touch
New partner? Send the short form or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm your requirements and, if you like, sign an NDA first.
Upload your files
Use the Doctor Portal, email, or a download link (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox) for large files.
Add your prescription
Write what you want to achieve and any limits or preferences. Clear notes mean a faster, better result.
We confirm & start
We check the files, confirm the timeline and start. Routine cases come back within 24 hours.

Accepted formats: STL, PLY and OBJ scans, DICOM for CBCT, and exocad project files.

Small things that make a big difference.
Tips for a perfect scan
Most delays come from incomplete scans. A quick check saves a day.
- Capture the full arch, including the last molars and enough gingiva
- No holes or missing data on preparations, margins or contacts
- A clear bite scan on both sides
- Margins clean and visible, with retraction where needed
- Export in STL, PLY or OBJ (no screenshots or PDFs of scans)

We only ask for what the case needs.
- Use a case ID or initials instead of the patient’s full name
- Send only the records needed for the requested work
- Use the Doctor Portal for organised, private file exchange
- Need an NDA first? Just ask; we sign before your first case

Questions about how to send a case
Which file formats do you accept?
STL, PLY and OBJ intraoral scans from all major scanners, DICOM for CBCT, and exocad project files.
How do I send large files?
Upload through the Doctor Portal, or share a download link from WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox by email or WhatsApp.
Do I need a Doctor Portal account?
Not for your first case. Send the form or message us on WhatsApp and we will set up portal access for regular partners.
Is the first case really free?
Yes. New clinics and labs can send their first case free of charge, with no commitment.
Can you sign an NDA before we send cases?
Yes. Our legal team can sign a confidentiality agreement before you share your first case.
